5 Eagle / MEN – Recreating our World: Day 5

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Eagle/MEN

5 Eagle/MEN

Greetings Kin,

The first days of the trecena prepare us for a Transformation we choose for ourselves. Though our growth is part of a Divine Plan, we always have the choice in how we direct our energy. There are many different ways to learn the same thing.

The Higher Intention of this trecena is to be Empowered as Creators, and by walking in Balance with our own Center, Recreate a world of Our Choosing.¹  5 Eagle/MEN is positioned at Tone 5 to Empower a Spiritual Climb. The totem Eagle is regarded as a Divine Intermediary by its capability of flight to reach heights in close proximity to the Creator. We will be empowered by seeing what the Creator sees.

The Intention we seek for our Self is our own expression of a Divine Intention. No limits have been placed on our choices. The world can be transformed by what we make of it. Our earliest signs of growth is a greater awareness of the conflict between our Ego and our Higher Self. Our ego sees through a fearful illusion. Our Higher Self can see beyond the unknown of the moment to the unlimited possibilities of the future. Eagle empowers us by lifting us to a vantage point of Higher Vision. We’re not limited by what we could see from the ground.

11 Eagle / MEN – Walk Between Worlds: Day 11

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

11 Eagle/MEN

11 Eagle/MEN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 11 serves the Intention of Resolution. As the Chicchan trecena has raised Awareness of our Spiritual Power, we must still answer the question of how this understanding will actually fit into our lives. We can remember that something always dies as something new is born. Today we can see something of our old pattern of movement that would fall away, and the new way of moving that would take its place.

Eagle/MEN is also a dedicated Emissary who serves in the role of an Intermediary. Eagle is able to connect our Spiritual Vision, by raising us up to the Heavenly Realm. Eagle is intuitive and decisive when it springs into action. When it knows what it wants, Eagle holds the Intuitive Senses to reach for and grasp an opportunity that it sees from far away.

Eagle/MEN offers us a gift of long-range vision. The Eagle is considered a Day Sign of prosperity, based on its ability to see future outcomes. As we consider how a new understanding would transform our life, we are led by one who sees what it wants in the future and intuitively knows the exact place in time for engagement.

GREEN KIN: ELEMENT OF ETHER
The Serpent/CHICCHAN trecena presents 10 Portal Days in a row (Tones 2 thru 12). Our experiences will be magnified by a thinning of the veil and an opening to other dimensions. We are given a gift of Vision to see beyond today and so we may prepare for something in our future.

10 Eagle / MEN – Journey of Change

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

10 Eagle/MEN

10 Eagle/MEN

Greetings Kin,

Today offers an opportunity to see the Truth of Change in ourselves. Tone 10 presents the evidence of a new Manifestation and Eagle/MEN offers the Vision to see clearly into the distance from every direction. Tone 10 carries a great responsibility. What is focused on with Intention becomes real.

The change we have manifested becomes evident by our new responses to a life experience. Our responsibility is to pay attention. The ability to manifest this change requires us to claim a new Truth as our Own.

Every experience holds the opportunity for transformation. When we look with eagle-eye clarity, we can see something new that has come into being. Eagle/MEN resides in the West, the direction of our life’s experience and our feelings. We may be presented with a situation we’ve faced before, and realize that our feelings about it have changed. We respond to an old situation in a new way because we see it differently.  As we acknowledge the change in ourselves, it becomes real.

2 Eagle / MEN – An Awakening: Day 2

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

2 Eagle / MEN

2 Eagle / MEN

Greetings Kin,

As Jaguar/IX inspired us with thoughts of a new direction, Tone 2 now presents us with the choice of how we would define it as an expression of our own Consciousness. Tone 2 represents duality and our process of making personal choices – to be or not to be. As we consider our own way to proceed, Eagle/MEN brings the capability to see into the future.

Eagle/MEN carries us to the heights where we are able to see our opportunities in the distance in every direction. Eagle’s keen vision allows it to see it’s next meal from over a mile away. It sees what it wants and goes after it, arriving at the exact time and place of each opportunity.

Eagle/MEN demonstrates a power of moving forward by instinct. No mental calculations are made by Eagle to accomplish its goal. At full speed ahead it navigates its precise destination by focusing on the prize.

8 Eagle/MEN – Vision Quest: Day 8

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

8-eagle-men-robGreetings Kin,

The Maya consider the 8th and 9th Tones as Holy Days with 8 being the Sacred Number of Pure Spirit. Tone 8 is an energy that shifts us through the engagement of a Divine Reciprocity. What we have invested of ourselves will be given back through a Sacred Exchange.

On Eagle’s wings we’re raised to close proximity of the Creator. On our upward climb 6 Reed/BEN offered an altar for communion that required us to Reach Up. Through an exchange of Divine Reciprocity on 8 Eagle/MEN, an Agent of the Creator Reaches Down to Lift us Up.

Every 13 days we are offered this Sacred Exchange that gives back whatever we have given. A Vision Quest required an investment of our Highest Consciousness. On this Holy Day the Dreams we Dared to Dream will be returned to us as a Vision seen through the Eyes of the Creator.
