MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

11 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

Tone 11 brings Resolution to our Flight of Ascension. Flint/ETZNAB offers new Truth that can serve as a framework for a Higher Understanding.

Galactic Tone 11 is the day when the shaman climbs to the highest altar. From Higher Ground we are offered a Divine Discernment.

Flint/ETZNAB is capable to reveal Divine Sparks of Truth through flashes of inspiration.  Flint reveals Truth that can cut to the bone. From a place of Higher Consciousness Flint/ETZNAB cuts away what no longer serves and sweeps it away.

Tone 11 of Resolution offers new clarity for discernment as Flint/ETZNAB reflects the Truth in High Resolution. ETZNAB is also known as an Obsidian Mirror that is used for Inner Reflection.

4 Flint / ETZNAB – Flight of Higher Vision: Day 4

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

4 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

4 Flint / ETZNAB brings an Intention of Stability established on a new Foundation of Truth. ETZNAB, also known as Mirror, offers a perfect reflection of the Truth compared to the Obsidian Mirror.

The Maya used the Obsidian Mirror for the practice of divination, seeing it as a portal to where the Truth could be seen.  Flint is said to offer Truth like a Flash of a lightning strike, relating to Obsidian which is created by lightning striking the ground.

The Eagle/MEN trecena offers the Gift of Higher Vision for our effort of Spiritual Growth. Just like a flash of lightning suddenly presents the “light of day,” so are plots hidden by darkness, suddenly and easily seen.

Nothing can be hidden from ETZNAB’s Light. It’s power is to expose what is unseen, unknown, and hidden. Flint has the power to break through illusion, bringing light to our subconscious fears, and to cut falsehoods away. ETZNAB is said to present the temptation to “act out of character,” as these are the Truths we hide from our Self. ETZNAB is a Day Sign that serves and defends the people by its own sacrifice, to sweep the slate clean. Flint is capable to restore our capabilities for discernment by offering Truth that divides Darkness from Light.

10 Flint / ETZNAB – A Journey as One: Day 10

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Trecena of Offering/MULUC – A Healing of Atonement

10 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

Tone 10 is a day of Manifestation. In the MULUC trecena’s Journey as One we are positioned to Manifest a Realization of Oneness. Based on our Wisdom of Forgiveness and the Promise of Oneness in Offering Our Self, we can realize a Divine Agency is only waiting for us to make the call. MULUC engages a Language of the Heart that is the dialogue of a Divine Relationship.

Flint/ETZNAB is the Day Sign that delivers Truth like a lightning strike. Through a Divine Revelation, Flint reflects Light on our Darkness to “wipe the slate clean.”

Tone 10 presents us with a potential blessing that comes with a responsibility. In order to Manifest our new Truth, we must see it and claim it for our Self. This is a very important day of Manifestation as it relates to our acquisition of Divine Wisdom.

PORTAL DAY: Element of Ether10 Flint/ETZNAB (Kin 218) is a portal that thins the veil to the dimension of Spirit. This is a day when are able to discern the realness of our Spiritual Gifts. Flint/ETZNAB is a Day Sign that can leave a big impression on its own. A Portal Day magnifies ETZNAB’s powerful ability to drive a point home.

11th Uinal of Resolution – We are nearing the completion of the 11th Uinal that holds a Higher Intention of Resolution. Number 11 is a place of clarity and blooming that is associated with the Goddess of Birth. This is a uinal that draws upon the whole of the Tzolk’in round (260 days) and presents the “final piece” necessary to complete a New Understanding. You could compare the energy of Resolution to the last scene of a mystery. All the clues are finally seen in absolute clarity. We could expect a memorable Unfolding of Truth.

3 Flint / ETZNAB – Path of Higher Learning: Day 3

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

3 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

Tone 3 brings our first day of movement. When we take action on a Dream, it moves from the realm of Spirit into the Physical world. Tone 3 is a day for the dissemination of a new idea. What was a Spark of Inspiration becomes a Germinated Seed of Intention.

ETZNAB is a Day Sign that “wields the sword of truth so falsehoods can be cut away.” The Flint Knife is said to reveal truth that cuts to the bone. “Mirror” is another name for this Day Sign, representing the Truth that is perfectly reflected by an Obsidian Mirror. Through a gift of clarity, Flint is capable to separate Truth from Fiction.

Flint/ETZNAB can present us with the temptation to “act out of character.” Whatever action we take that is not aligned with our own Truth, is likely to be exposed and subject to immediate consequences. Flint reveals the truth of our highest integrity. What we call “acting out of character” is a reflection of the Truth we denied as fiction.

Flint’s Truth is usually unexpected. Flint is said to foil the evil plots of others. Flint also foils the unseen fears of our Shadow. The purpose behind Flint’s revelations of Truth is to clear away what would stand in our way of manifesting new Wisdom.

Mike Shore, MayanMajix.com

Express your love for the Mayan Calendar by wearing a Mayan Glyph T-shirt

These beautiful Mayan Day Signs T-shirts were painted in watercolor by Debra Malmos. We are so grateful that Debra said “YES” to our idea of printing them on T-shirts. You can feel Debra’s passion for the calendar in every colorful brush stroke.

“Talk about a great way to spark interest in the Mayan calendar!

Wear your own Mayan Day Sign or get a few of your favorite glyphs for those special occasions. I personally got an Ahau T-shirt to honor the memory of Ian Xel Lungold. (Pictured)

These full color Mayan Glyph t-shirts were originally painted in watercolor by Debra Malmos as her daily meditation to connect with the Tzolk’in. Over the course of 260 days, Debra evolved her paintings to these 20 master glyphs which we are proud to offer exclusively on Mayan Majix. We love how Debra has expressed her passion for the calendar with each brush stroke making this one of the most unique offerings on Mayan Majix.

9 Flint / ETZNAB – Quest of Love: Day 9

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

Flint Beams the Stellar Ray of Truth to Earth as a crystal sword cast down along the path of a lightning flash… bringing things to a head, and wipes the slate clean.”

Today holds the potential for a personal Revelatory Experience. Peak Energy generates the Momentum for our next level of Transformation. We are guided to employ our Patience of Perseverance. There is said to be suffering if we fail to see the bigger picture. Tone 9 asks us to pay attention as Flint/ETZNAB is about to make something crystal clear.

As the Peak Day 9, of the 9th Uinal the energy of Tone 9 is magnified. Master number 99 signals a message from our Guardian Angels that an important phase of our Life is Coming to a Close.

Yesterday’s 8 Earth/CABAN (8 Noj) is observed by the K’iche Maya as a Holy Day that Honors the Gifts of Knowledge and Consciousness. They remember Mother Earth as the Source of all Knowledge that Breathes the Breath of Consciousness.

ETZNAB reflects an Illusion of our Shadow to “sweep the slate clean.” We can be brought to a sudden awareness or face an unexpected event that affects a Dynamic Change… meaning a Change that would serve as a Catalyst for more Change.

2 Flint / ETZNAB – Discovering Our Dynamic World: Day 2

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

2 Flint / ETZNAB

Greetings Kin,

2 Flint/ETZNAB asks us to consider a new way forward. We are looking at our new inspiration from all sides to find the passion that will carry a new Sacred Intention. Flint is known for bringing crystal clarity.  Flint’s divine spark offers dynamic realizations, and as the obsidian mirror, helps us to clearly see to the heart of any matter.

Mother Earth presents us with the beauty of Spring for this Time and Place of New Consciousness. The budding of New Life is the Gift she offers. The Natural World is the Gift we are Given to draw an awareness to our own new Spring.

A Re-Awakening has been evidenced to me by the birds on my balcony. Not so long ago my balcony was little more than a place for extra storage and a chair that I never sat in. I was led to transform it by an inspiration to “tend my Spiritual Garden.” Little by little it was transformed into a place of beauty, as one by one, things were sorted through, carried away, and new flowers were planted. I claimed it as a reflection of a manifestation within.
