12 Seed / KAN – Building an Altar: Day 12 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

12 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 12 expands our Gift of Retrospection to raise our Consciousness to the Truth of a New Understanding. Human’s evolution of Consciousness is accomplished through incremental steps. Each trecena offers a progression of experience that would lead us to a Conclusion for a New Understanding.

Through our Retrospection, all the pieces of information are brought together. Tone 12 offers the context and setting through which we can fully understand a Truth that will forever change our Perception of our Human Experience.

Seed/KAN is a symbol of family, sexual activity, and the magic of germination. KAN illustrates the meeting of Father Sky and Mother Earth to birth the first born Seed of Human. We were made One in a Divine Lineage connecting one generation to the next.

Our Divine Family exists in Spirit. Reflecting on the History of our Spiritual Heritage, we can become Conscious of being born in the line of Ascended Masters, Way Showers and Priests who came before. The members of our Spiritual Ancestry made sacrifices to Extend Love beyond the limits of a lifetime. The roots of our own Spirit were put down long ago To Become an Eternal Light in the Heart of each new generation.

PORTAL DAY: Element of Ether
12 Seed/KAN, Kin 64,
is a Portal Day that magnifies our experience and opens a channel to Spirit. Related to a thinning of the veil, Portal Days are capable to open our awareness to other Dimensions and our Divine Connection. This is a day of heightened Intuition and Knowing. Through a Portal we can Receive an Activation of our Spiritual DNA that will facilitate a New Ascension of Consciousness. Our Spiritual DNA was seated under the Command of a Supreme Creator.

4 Seed / KAN – A New Dawning: Day 4 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

4 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 4 brings energy to stabilize a new cycle of Spiritual Growth. Tone 4 sets the parameters and orientation that will establish our new way forward. The IMIX trecena has inspired a new Vision of the new fruit we would bear. 4 Seed/KAN stabilizes a new Seed of our Self and our Faith in a new Harvest.

The Ascension of the Tzolk’in round raised a New Consciousness of our Self in Communion with the Creator. The Star/LAMAT trecena intended a transformation, multiplied to abundance, that would raise our awareness to our own Light. In Atonement, we are a Living Personification of the Light of the Creator by the Spark we hold within.

We are the Seed of a new generation, planted on Higher Ground. We are offered the New Opportunity to BE Changed and to Change the World.

THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES
Year Bearer, 5 Wind/IK: The Tzolk’in works in synchronicity with the Haab, the 365 “vague” year calendar. The Year Bearer operates as a higher influence and intention, bearing the energies of the year. The new Haab year that began February 20, 2017, is led by 5 Wind/IK. 5 is the number of Empowerment, and Wind/IK is said to mark years of Powerful Winds of Creation. Falling in the truth-bearing trecena of Flint/ETZNAB, 5 Wind/IK’s purpose is to Empower us with a Divine Discernment of Truth that would sweep away an Illusion of our Self.

10 Seed / KAN – Flight of Higher Vision: Day 10

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

10 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

10 Seed/KAN is the first day of Manifestation in the 13th Uinal of Ascension. This is a time of Harvest. What began as a Seed has born fruit and produced a Seed of its own. Through a Seed we are able to multiply our Abundance. Seed is said to gather abundance like a net.

Seed is a symbol of a new beginning, where we are free from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Through the process of Raising our Own Consciousness, we have Seeded a new and Higher Version of our Self. We are capable to start life again with greater strength and abundance.

The Cherokee recognize Seed as The Dragon, the symbol of Life Force. Like Seed/KAN, it describes the magic within the Seed that makes it capable to come to Life. A Dragon holds the aspect to see clearly.  As we bear our own fruit we are able to see everything we are.

Eagle’s Vision magnifies our ability to Discern a New Understanding of our Self. Seed/KAN guides us to claim the new Seed for ourselves. In order to Manifest a Creation, one must See that it is So. Today we are given an opportunity to see a change in our Self.

3 Seed / KAN – Living as a Creator: Day 3

3 Seed / KAN

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Greetings Kin,

Seed/KAN holds the power of our dreams as the embodiment of our Sacred Intention. Tone 3 presents the Intention of Movement. With our first step of action toward an Intention, our Dream takes on Life of its Own. What started as a substance of Ether, begins to follow its own Course, leading us from the first step to the next.

Like a Seed, each of our Dreams holds this inherent power. Our potent ideas lie dormant until we invest our energy, movement, and communication. Through a choice to move forward, we plant our Seed and a Spark of Life begins the process of its germination. We engage the Power of the Creation when we take the Leap of Faith that engages a Divine Force of Power. In our first movement we follow the Light we see that will move us from Point A to Point B… we are able to See our Self engaged in a course of manifestation.

9 Seed / KAN – Path of Higher Learning: Day 9

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” ~ Robert Louis Stevenson

The Peak Energy of Tone 9 calls for our patience to see a broader perspective. We could miss the Higher Purpose of what we are learning, by not looking more deeply into our own Inspiration.

Seed/KAN holds the dynamic potential for us to create something new. We are guided by Seed/KAN to see our place as co-creators in the world. And, we are called to participate in the Earth magic that transforms a Seed from a dormant grain into a full-grown living thing.

Seed holds the evidence of the miracles all around us. Some seeds are so small they can barely been seen, yet within the tiny seed is encoded thousands of pages of information that define what it will be. When seed is given the right conditions it begins its miraculous transformation into something millions of times greater than itself.

seed smallCould we even imagine this is possible, if we hadn’t seen the miracle for ourselves?

Seed is a symbol that reflects who We Are. The Maya revered Corn as the symbol of all the people in all the colors we are. And the Tzolk’in of 260 days reflects the gestation cycle of corn that is correspondent with Human gestation.

Like the seed, we are growing to become exponentially greater than we are in our beginning. And, like the seed, the monumental process of our growth is barely recognizable from one day to the next. Our Faith needed to Manifest our Highest Aspiration will rest in the Worthiness we Believe is held in our Intention – the Seed we plant.

The Cherokee Day Sign, the Dragon, is the Corn Spirit, which symbolizes the duality of the Corn Mother and Maiden, holding the power of fertility and pro-creation for each generation. A single seed of corn holds the power of fertility and abundance to multiply itself to reproduce a whole garden within a single generation. The “dragon energy” of Seed is the Holy Fire of Creation that generates our Spiritual Harvest.

The Dragon offers the capability to “See Clearly.” Seed encourages our “profound investigations” into self. We are asked to consider the Seeds we would sow. We must cultivate our garden, gathering what is needed and clearing away the debris of our past. Tone 9 asks us to see the Rest of the Truth about our Self.

Seed holds the potential to affect future generations… the Power to Change the World. 8 Night/AKBAL showed us how to Heal Our Self, yet we only addressed the Fault We Know We Deny… those closest to our own Experience. From the broader perspective of Tone 9, we would consider Mother Earth and the Whole of Humanity as a Higher Purpose of Intention.

The chaos of the world is the reflection of our Own Darkness. We are also self-serving, taking more than we give. We are also dishonest, covering up the darkest truth about our Self. And, we also leave our footprint on Mother Earth. When we can accept the Truth that the outer darkness is our collective reflection, we hold the Power to Heal the World.

Seed/KAN connects us to the Heartbeat of the Earth. As a Day Sign of the South, KAN relates to our relationships with one another and with the Natural World. Holding the Power of Reproduction and Germination, Tone 9 asks us to plant the Seed of Forgiveness on behalf of Mother Earth and all the Corn People.

To all my relations, may we have the Patience on Tone 9 for Seed/KAN to reveal the Higher Purpose of our Way of Forgiveness. As we lay down the blame that sees only the fault in others, we would cry the Tears of Forgiveness to Heal the World. As we evaluate the worthiness of this Intention, there’s no doubt our Seed would serve the Highest Intention of the Creator. We would take our own place among the people, full-grown by a Seed of Sacred Wisdom, to become the Old Ones who preserve New Sacred Wisdom, the Inheritance for Future Generations.

9 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/ UKTE’NA   O’STO)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.

Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA   O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ” eye, to look at, to see clearly”.  Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.

2 Seed / KAN – Transformation of Possibility: Day 2

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

2 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

The Night/AKBAL trecena guides a purpose for us to see the Truth of our Spiritual Being. On Tone 2 we are given the Choice “to Be, or Not to Be.”  Like any newborn, we grow in our Awareness of our Self over time. The Tzolk’in tracks the cycles through which we draw the Wisdom of our Divine Being.

The Spiritual Growth we are capable to acquire is accomplished through an Intention that would hold our attention. Each trecena shows us how an Intention of Creation  facilitates an Elevation of Spiritual Consciousness.

PORTAL DAY: Element of Ether – Portal days magnify our experiences of Spirit. Through a thinning of the veil, Portals offer a connection to Divine Sources of Wisdom. This is a day when we are more capable to experience our Supernatural Gifts, especially under the guidance of Akbal. We are offered an opportunity to Know the Presence of Divine Guidance and to see more deeply within our Self to the Dream of our Highest Aspiration. With a heightened Sense of Divine Support we are given the Faith to Dream our Highest Dream. This is a day to pay attention to gut instincts… especially the small ones. Through an acknowledgement of these as a voice of direction from within, we will begin to hear our own Spirit’s Discernment more clearly.
