11 Star / LAMAT – Quest for Truth: Day 11 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

11 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Galactic Tone 11 brings resolution to a new understanding. Tone 11 brings clarity to how a new Truth would fit into our life.

Star/LAMAT reminds us that we were created as the Personification of Light. We are made of stars and each given our own Light to Shine. No two stars shine the same. Today we can find our place among the Stars where we would emit the Light of our True Identity.

We have been collaborators in our own Healing, holding the Will to Know the Truth of our Power.  Today we are empowered to shine our Light.

Star/LAMAT is said to be the Day Sign of “pure luck.” Whatever we focus will be Magnified to Abundance. Focusing energy through the Power of our Authority, we can see it multiply. Star/LAMAT is a Yellow Day Sign of the South, the direction of our relationships. A new abundance may be made possible by the help of a collaborator.

Our Biggest Changes are a long-time coming. We likely felt their calling long before they surfaced as the focus of our Sacred Intention. Our Transformation is accomplished in small incremental changes we hardly recognize. Little-by-little we outgrow our old ways, and little-by-little we experience an increasing conflict in the expression of our authenticity. Initially, we avoid conflict by pushing small issues to the back burner.  Flint forces a Healing by raising all the facts to the surface.

4 Star / LAMAT – Baptism of Spirit: Day 4 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

4 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Tone 4 is the Tone of Stability, symbolizing the cube, the most stable of all forms. Tone 4 establishes our sense of direction and orientation, and sets the boundaries of an equal exchange.

Star/LAMAT is a symbol of Venus, which appears as a Morning Star and Evening Star in equal cycles of 260-days. LAMAT reminds us that we are made of Stars, created to be a Personification of Light.

The Cherokee Day Sign, Rabbit, is known as Lamat’s totem animal. The Rabbit holds boundless energy as a symbol of reproduction, sexuality, and fertility that is capable to multiply to abundance. The energy of Rabbit multiplies whatever is focused on. We are given a Great Power that comes with a Great Responsibility. Today is a day to focus on our Highest Intentions.

10-DAY PORTAL: Element of Ether

Tones 2 thru 12 of the Serpent/CHICCHAN trecena open a Portal that thins the veil to the Dimension of Spirit and Magnifies our Awareness of Spirit. 4 Star/LAMAT helps us to crystallize a vision of our Self as a Spiritual Being, and to discern the needs of our own Source of Light.

Stars emanate light from a fire that burns within. The Rabbit’s energy is compulsive and holds potential to give too much away. Out of balance, Star can give all its light and collapse into itself. Tone 4 can help us to establish the boundaries that prevent us from burning out.

The energy of the Rabbit illustrates this compulsive vulnerability. Rabbit’s heart beats a little faster and its resting temperature is a little higher. Like Deer, Rabbit is highly vigilant. Once Rabbit is seen by its prey, its only power is to escape. This is one of Human’s natural responses when it has given too much.

All living creations are drawn to the Light. We were created as stars to shine independently, together.

4 Star/LAMAT would encourage us to see where we have been over-accommodating. When we are in true harmony and balance, we effortlessly emanate the Light of Love. Where we identify ourselves as giving too much, our energy is depleted in the role of a martyr or victim of our Highest Purpose.

LAMAT is said to be a day of “pure luck” based on its ability to multiply abundance. It holds the great responsibility of focusing our thoughts on the things that bring us happiness and holding gratitude for the Blessing of our Dream.

Days led by the Rabbit present intense energy that I describe as “jumpy.” It’s a day when my own thoughts seem prone to wander from gratitude to fear. I’ve adopted the strategy of focusing on my Intentions early in the day, then calling on Divine Agency to Intervene to hold this Intention on my behalf.

Star is laying the foundation to stabilize our spiritual journey. We are not meant to be Driven by a Cause to Give Away. Instead, we are Caused to Give by the Joy in the abundance of our own Light.

Star brings luck to any Intention we focus on. The Portal that connects us to the Ancestors, can help us Draw the Light of Spiritual Wisdom. We are encouraged to seek Divine Guidance to stabilize the balance of Giving and Receiving.

The glyph that appears as a Star is said to be the hole in the ground where the Seed of Life is planted. Star is a day to pray for all things in process of a beginning. It is also the time to ask for the recovery of something that has been lost because we gave up or gave it away.

Star symbolizes our identity as the scion of the Sun, the first generation descendants of a Divine Creator. The Highest Intention of the Creator is the Justice of Harmony and Equity. We were each designated as first in line for an Inheritance of Divine Spirit with one no more worthy or entitled than another.  No one was meant to be last in line. We weren’t meant to be martyrs, but empowered Spiritual Beings. Star reminds us of our Right and Need to say No. Our Receiving and Giving can be balanced by the Discernment of an Equal Exchange.

To all my relations, may we count the Blessings we would multiply to abundance. May we see that the Light we multiply wasn’t meant to all be given away. May we see ourselves as a first-born child of the Creator, and consider the Happiness that a Divine Parent would wish for their children. May we see that the Creation of our own Happiness is a Blessing we have a Right to Receive. May we ask the Ancestors for their guidance and direction on setting the boundaries of our own Happiness so that we can continue to shine a Light for others. May we see that the future we offer our children is born in the Intentions of today, and ASK for a Blessing that is Multiplied to Abundance.

in lak’ech, i am another you

4 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)

Galactic Tone 4: Stability; the cube is most stable of all forms and establishes volume by definition of height, length, depth and breadth; 4 directions establish orientation. The energy of 4 sets the parameters, which establish the freedoms and barriers needed to create a game, work, or relationship.

Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.

Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion (a first-generation descendant) of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

10 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Tone 10 is the number of Manifestation. This is a day to acknowledge a change in our Self. In order to manifest our Spiritual Renewal we must acknowledge and claim it as our own.

Star/LAMAT reminds us that we were created to be a Personification of the Creator’s Light. We are made of Stars, and like the Sun, are meant to shine our Light in all directions. LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit, that brings the Power to Multiply our Light to Abundance.

The Rabbit overflows with Unconditional Love in all areas of life, ripe with potential for Spiritual Growth. As the Day Sign that Multiplies to Abundance everything we focus on, this is an important day to Count our Blessings.

GREEN KIN: ELEMENT OF ETHER

9 Star / LAMAT – A Vigil of Light: Day 9 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Star/LAMAT is the Personification of Light and New Life. LAMAT is the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children. The Whole of Humanity is born as the first generation descendants of the Creator. Through Human, the Creator recreated itself so that its own Light would be Multiplied to Abundance.

Tone 9 holds the expression of Patience and Perseverance, under the guidance of the God of Light (Quetzalcoatl). As children of the Creator, we are the descendants of a Star, made Stars in our own right to shine our Light in every direction.

Tone 9 is a Peak Tone of Transformation that raises our consciousness through an Intention of Patience and Perseverance. Together as the One, We Serve as the Vigil of Everlasting Light.

We are passing through the 3rd Uinal of Movement, the birth canal of New Life. We are still the vulnerable sprout, yet to take on our own identity. The 3rd Uinal is guided under the direction of the Goddess of Water and Childbirth (Chalciuhtlicue). We are only half-way through. We’ve been freed from the darkness to Grow in the Light. As we reached the Sun, we realize the Divine Guidance present, even in our darkness, that led us to a Light we couldn’t see.

2 Star / LAMAT – A Vision of Purpose: Day 2 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

2 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Our beginning on Tone 1 offered the Inspiration for a new Dream in Unity with Spirit. On Tone 2 we are offered a choice “to be or not to be” as we consider our own Intention. Tone 2 reflects our Human perspective of Duality. It’s our Human Nature that reasons by comparison. We compare ourselves to others and consider the way we may be more or less capable to manifest a dream.

From a Higher State of Being we can recognize that our thoughts of limitation and failure are only an instinctual response. Our way to conquer our fear is by turning within for a Divine Discernment. Deer/MANIK promises a Spiritual Tool to overcome every limitation.

Star/LAMAT is a Day Sign of Harmony and Balance, as a Star shines its light equally in all directions. We were created from Stars to become the Personification of Light. LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit that brings a day of “pure luck” that can multiply our Light to Abundance.

8 Star / LAMAT – A New Dawning: Day 8 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

8 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

Star/LAMAT guided our last Ascension to a new Personification of Light and returns on the Holy Day of this trecena for an administration of Divine Justice. Tone 8 aligns us with the Creator’s Intention of Harmony and Equity.

We enter into the energy of a new Transformation with the help of a Divine Agency. The IMIX trecena is a cycle of Innovation that brings Life to a new generation of our Self. As a trecena of major change, we were challenged to look beyond the chaos to imagine a new world of Peace and Harmony and our own new way of living.

IMIX has offered a new Dream of our Self. We have been drawn to make a new discernment of who we are and who we can become, and to hold onto this Dream. Star/LAMAT offers a Divine Discernment that what we Dreamed is coming true. With Divine Intervention we begin to see the Truth of our New Light.

The IMIX trecena is referred to as the “trecena of the mind.” We are Awakened to see the Truth that the world we see is created in our mind my our discernment of experience. Even chaos can be experienced as a blessing, through a discernment of its Higher Purpose. The Creation of a New World and our Self, is a matter of shifting our perceptions by an application of Divine Discernment.

1 Star / LAMAT – Fledgling Flight of Ascension: Day 1 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

1 Star / LAMAT

Greetings Kin,

The next 13 days…

Today we begin the final ascent of the 260-day Tzolkin round as observed by the Yukatec tradition. Our destination is the Highest Ascension Energy of the Tzolk’in calendar. Human is made from the Stars and we are becoming a Personification of Light. Star/LAMAT can Multiply our Light to Abundance. We complete our final Journey of Transformation on 13 Sun/AHAU as an Ascension to a new Consciousness of the Supreme God of Creation.

Stars shine equally in all directions, sharing the Creator’s Intention of the Justice of Harmony and Equity. LAMAT is a symbol of Venus as the Morning Star and a Dawning of New Light. Venus offers two cycles of Light, 260 days as the Morning Star, and 260 days as the Evening Star. Venus inspired the 13 numbers and 20 Day Signs of the Sacred Calendar. We will complete an Ascension positioned with the Sun for a Gathering of Light. Star/LAMAT leads us to a New Realization of Oneness with the Creator.

Star/LAMAT is a Yellow Day Sign, representing a cycle of “Darkness.” The “Light” cycles, led by Red and Blue Day Signs, represent times of Incoming Inspiration. “Dark” cycles (Yellow and White Day Signs), mean we generate our Own Light by an application of our own Divine Wisdom.

PORTAL DAY ON TONE 13: Element of Ether Portal days thin the veil to Spiritual Dimensions and elevate our Awareness to our own Spiritual Gifts of Intuition and Knowing. The One Portal Day of the Star/LAMAT trecena is 13 Sun/AHAU on our Ascension of Light.

PEAK DAYS: Peak Experience, Peak Performance

  • 6 Reed/BEN – will establish a flow of movement in Communion with the Creator
  • 7 Jaguar/IX – will bring us into balance with Jaguar’s Magic of Gratitude
  • 8 Eagle/MEN – the Holy Day of the trecena will offer a Higher Vision of the Creator
  • 9 Wisdom/CIB – will complete a Transformation of Light, guided by the Old Ones who accomplished the Highest States of Human Consciousness

Our final climb of the Tzolk’in will require our greatest energy and effort. The Rabbit is recognized as the “womb of creation.” The birthing of our new Self will be a Labor of Love.
