A New Dream for Akbal

Greetings Kin,

I’m grateful to Michael Shore, of MayanMajix.com for the kindness of inviting me to collaborate on a t-shirt project that features my glyph art. Ian Lungold’s teaching on MayanMajix.com was my first and most important connection to the Tzolk’in Calendar since 2002. It’s an Honor to share something back and to be a part of the MayanMajix.com community, shared by so many Daykeepers around the world.

T-Shirts Now Available

The MayanMajix.com Akbal Newsletter has announced the t-shirts are now set up and available in their online store! Sharing the announcement below. Thank you for checking them out.

And, THANK YOU MIKE, for an opportunity to work together.

Mayan Glyph T-Shirts – Exclusively on MayanMajix.com

Mike Shore, MayanMajix.com

Express your love for the Mayan Calendar by wearing a Mayan Glyph T-shirt

These beautiful Mayan Day Signs T-shirts were painted in watercolor by Debra Malmos. We are so grateful that Debra said “YES” to our idea of printing them on T-shirts. You can feel Debra’s passion for the calendar in every colorful brush stroke.

“Talk about a great way to spark interest in the Mayan calendar!

Wear your own Mayan Day Sign or get a few of your favorite glyphs for those special occasions. I personally got an Ahau T-shirt to honor the memory of Ian Xel Lungold. (Pictured)

These full color Mayan Glyph t-shirts were originally painted in watercolor by Debra Malmos as her daily meditation to connect with the Tzolk’in. Over the course of 260 days, Debra evolved her paintings to these 20 master glyphs which we are proud to offer exclusively on Mayan Majix. We love how Debra has expressed her passion for the calendar with each brush stroke making this one of the most unique offerings on Mayan Majix.

10 Storm / CAUAC – Quest of Love: Day 10

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

10 Storm / CAUAC

Greetings Kin,

Storm/CAUAC offers a dramatic display of the unbridled Forces of Nature that flow through and around us. Flint and Storm work together as energies of clearing, purification, and restoration. Storms can clear the dead branches and enrich the Earth with the rain and Nitrogen that stimulates new growth.

As Flint served to sweep away something that no longer serves a purpose to accelerate new growth. We are prepared to dive deeper to be rooted in Love.

Storm’s energy calls us to take the shelter of Home. From a position of Safety and Comfort we will be nourished by the Truth of the Power we see in the Natural World, remembering that the Power we see is a reflection of the Power we hold within.

3 Storm / CAUAC – Discovering Our Dynamic World: Day 3

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

3 Storm / CAUAC

Greetings Kin,

Tone 3 calls for the Movement that would bring a new Intention to Life. Like the sap rising in the trees, Earth/CABAN would draw us to Acknowledge our shared Experience – a new life-blood of Spirit that’s rising again in us.

As we take the first step that draws something of Spirit into our physical world, Storm/CAUAC reminds us of our Unlimited Freedom. The Lightning of Storm, among the most powerful displays of movement we witness, is not bound by any course – it chooses it’s own direction in each moment.

Storm reminds us of the unlimited experiences of Spirit that we are offered. Storm brings the energy compared to the comfort of home. Storm brings the nourishment of nitrogen and the ether of lightning to re-ignite the Heart. The Cherokee Day Sign Red Bird is a symbol of “lightning in the blood.” 3 Storm/CAUAC encourages us to make our first Movement of Intention with the Consciousness and Commitment to Follow our Heart.

9 Storm / CAUAC – Recreating our World: Day 9

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Storm/CAUAC

9 Storm/CAUAC

Greetings Kin,

Tone 9 calls for our Patience. We are asked to look more deeply into the Truth we’ve seen from a broader perspective to complete a new understanding.

The purpose of Flint’s Truth was to cut through the negative illusions of our Self that have stood in the way of our moving forward. Like a pruning, we may have felt some initial damage, though by leaving something behind our growth will be accelerated and we will bear a more abundant harvest.

Storm/CAUAC is perfectly positioned to follow Flint, bringing an energy associated with the comfort of Home. From a place of safety we can see the Forces of Nature in a display of Unbridled Energy. Storms are capable to make dramatic changes in our landscape, its wind capable to turn things around, and through its electrical charge of lightning, nourishes the Earth and charges the ozone in the air we breath. As a sudden discharge of electrical energy, Storm connects the Up Above to the Down Below.

1 Storm/CAUAC – Road to Revival

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

1 Storm/CAUAC

1 Storm/CAUAC

Greetings Kin,

Storm/CAUAC leads us on a Road to Revival that will teach us something about our own power of regeneration. Just as Earth is regenerated through the force of lightening, so are our Spirits renewed through an electric charge of “lightening in the blood.”

CAUAC will lead us on an inward journey that will deeply touch our emotions. We will find our stability for this trecena through Sacred Breath (4 Wind/IK). Our empowerment will come from recognizing the inner voice of God (5 Night/AKBAL). And, throughout this 13-day cycle, we will find a sense of comfort from within.

This Road to Revival is an inward journey of healing, purification, and empowerment through the dynamic  energy of regeneration. Continue reading

7 Storm/CAUAC – Divine Correspondence

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Greetings Kin,

7 Storm/CAUAC

7 Storm/CAUAC

7 Storm/CAUAC is a powerful KIN of Spirit. Storm is the ethereal display of chaos in the sky that’s seen from the cover and safety of home.

Galactic Tone 7 is a reflective energy that reveals the flow of Divine Will. We are able to see our intentions from a higher perspective to realize a meaning and purpose. Tone 7 asks us to consider our highest calling.

CAUAC is the energy of regeneration and a time to define the parameters of what we call family.

5 Storm/CAUAC – Ecstasy of Freedom

5 Strom/CAUAC

5 Strom/CAUAC

Greetings, Kin!

We are navigating dynamic energies through the Eagle/MEN trecena as our pathway to spiritual illumination. I’ve experienced the need to let many things go over the past few days – particularly yesterday. My 4 Flint/Etznab presented the annoyance of everything in my world that I would guess didn’t fall in line with my way of thinking. I burned a lot of sage and lit a lot of candles.

We’ve covered so much new ground, I’ve found myself motivated as never before to make this new growth stick through every effort I can invest in my relationship to Spirit. I’m learning to let go more quickly. I had to let go as I was finishing this post and the computer decided to shut down unexpectedly before I saved what I had written. Okay – so, I turned that over too, and spent the time rebooting to light more candles and burn more sage and sweetgrass!

Today, we have something more pleasant to look forward to – this is a Green Day on the Tzolk’in Butterfly – a Galactic Activation Portal! My daily journal offers personal insights on the day and today’s 13-Day Trecena guide shares some practical guidance.
